Build phases

  1. Phase 1 — Foundations. Scaffold, design tokens, Sanity schemas, layout primitives. (Current.)
  2. Phase 2 — Component system. Buttons, nav, hero, cards, forms.
  3. Phase 3 — Page templates. 12 templates per foundation spec.
  4. Phase 4 — Integrations. Forms, GA4, SEO, schema.
  5. Phase 5 — Migration & launch. Content port, redirects, DNS cutover.
